Yes, it is a pricey place where to crash for the night when your flight is canceled or delayed, but you have the convenience to be in the airport and for that you will pay. Proximity to the airport is the hotel's main draw and they use it well. Hilton has it down to science - checking in and out, service, food - everything (at least here in Chicago) was impeccable. They do charge for every little thing you use in the room but hey, this is capitalism and the Hiltons are its fervent devotees.... more
