We chose the O'Hare Hilton because of its location and certainly not because of the price. The hotel itself is okay as far as hotels go, nothing special. Yes, it is a pricey place where to crash for the night when your flight is canceled or delayed, but you have the convenience to be in the airport and for that you will pay. And the price is worth it when you have to wake up at 5:00AM in the morning to make the only flight available back home!... more

Proximity to the airport is the hotel's main draw and they use it well. Hilton has it down to science - checking in and out, service, food - everything (at least here in Chicago) was impeccable. They do charge for every little thing you use in the room but hey, this is capitalism and the Hiltons are its fervent devotees.... more
