This is not a hotel for business travelers who need to work and sleep. I have visited this hotel location many times but had to write about the attentiveness, dedication to customer service and friendliness that front desk staff Mallory Krugman provided upon my last visit. I appreciate good customer service and I must call it out when I see it.
