This was a great hotel and completely worth what we paid for it, considering it really wasn't that much more expensive than lower-end hotels in the area. Great service, clean/large rooms, excellent location and a really cool restaurant. Will definitely stay here again! more

My only other experience of a Conrad was at the one in Dublin about 10 years ago or so. The Chicago facility was a pleasant reminder of just what a fine product the Conrad brand is. The hotel room was elegant, quiet, and had a nice view. The location on the Miracle Mile near the Chicago River was perfect for shopping and dining. we booked this as HiltonHonors (diamond) reward stay, and we were extremely pleasantly surprised that - because all executive rooms were booked - they double or triple upgraded us to the Presidential Suite !!!
