Had to stay at this hotel for a seminar. It is not near anything and it is impossible to get anywhere unless you have a car. The worst part is you can't even order take out. The hotel does not carry phone books and can not recommend (and will not) a take out place. The hotel staff are not friendly! more

1. NO complimentary breakfast, and they did not tell this while booking!!! again B'fast selection is cheap!!! 2. No refridgerator and microwave in a room. Again, these are available to "VIP" guests only. 3. Stayed at the Sheraton for Park and Fly for one night. Big improvement over our last stay. Rooms have been renovated and are much more comforable. The free internet was helpful. This is a good hotel to stay for just ONE night before catching a plane the next morning - they offer a great airport shuttle that is reliable and leaves about every 20 minutes. This hotel is way over priced. The rooms are nothing fancy. The bathroom is cramped, but the bathtub had lots of leg room but is a shallow tub.
