Here on business at a convention at McCormick Place. I chose this hotel initially because of the price. I was pleased to find out the Internet and breakfast were free. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small but efficient. There are several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful place to call home for four nights/five days. Friendly staff from the moment we checked in, Terrific location steps away from Magnificent Michigan Ave and all it has to offer and the most comfortable, quiet room. We'll be back! Thanks Fairfield Inn and Suites!

My husband and I travel all the time, and its rare to find a hotel that has staff that are so nice and willing to go out of their way to help. The hotel is in a great location as well! I would highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights here and were blown away the staff's courteousness, willing to help and give suggestions n places to eat and see. The rooms were very clean and the location really cannot be beat for $169 in downtown Chicago. We will be staying here again in our return trips to Chicago for business and pleasure.

This FF Inn is a good place to stay for a Chicago Business Trip. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's a great location that's close to many restaurants and places to hang. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was courteous & professional. The breakfast was also a nice touch and a great way to start my morning!
