Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We encountered one hiccup and that was immediately addresses by Claudia at the concierge. I can't say enpugh of her. She even came up to our room and brought our delivery that was hung up at the security. Good service and personnel made this stay memorable. Keep investing on the best people. more
