Stayed at Super 8 September 2004. Check in went smoothly but when we got up to the room, it felt like we had entered a sauna. When we arrived at the hotel, we was well greeted and got our room within 5 mins. but when we got to the room, the airwas not on and the room felt like it was a 100 degrees. We turn on the air and left and when we returned to the room it only cooled a little. Later that night... more
Our room's air conditioner was not working. We called the front desk and their only suggestion was to turn it off and wait five minutes. We were not offered another room.
