Located close to the Magnificent Mile, the hotel has some of the friendliest staff in any of the places I've stayed in downtown Chicago. This hotel offers a GREAT location. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and accomodating. The rooms are VERY average. We didn't have a trash can and had to REQUEST our toiletries be replinsished daily (3 night stay). The decor is slightly outdated. Our rate was reasonable considering the location.
