If you are visiting the windy city, this is a first class hotel on the river. The service is impeccable. The lobby area is not grand like some of the older hotels, but is secure. Amazing service. This hotel really spoils you. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I called to find out if they serve soy milk with the coffee they offer in the lobby and they sent a carafe of soy milk to my room. Th room was clean, large , qiuet and beautiful.
