My husband and I decided to drive into Chicago from Wisconsin for the weekend. We wanted to stay at a Lincoln Ave. motel. River Park Motel looked the most inviting, and we were right on. We had a King room on the second floor for $60 per night. It was clean and basic - pretty much what we expected. There was free wifi, but we didn't use it. We went to Chicago for Christmas shopping and some sightseeing downtown. It was about a 15 minute drive down Lake Shore to Michigan Ave. The front desk guy was kind enough to give us directions. We would recommend River Park if you're looking for a nice budget hotel. more
