I stayed at the South Water location, and it was terrible from the moment we opened the door. The cleaning man was just starting to clean well after the check-in time, but hardly did anything. The apartment was filthy. Stained carpets (not just a spot, but as though there was a coffee and wine fight!), marked-up walls, and dirty counters.... more

I had to leave town early and cancel the rest of my stay. Without any cancellation cost, Stan Properties credited my account and let me come back for two more nights with no additional cost. Great customer understanding and service! more

I stayed at 1 West Superior Suites for 1 week in October 2008. It is well located being only 2 blocks from the main shopping drag strip and a block from Chicago or Grand Train Stations on the Red line. There are plenty of good eateries nearby and lots of buses go down Michigan Avenue which is only 2 blocks... more
