We stayed at this hotel while in town for Lollopalooza. For the purposes of this trip this hotel was fine. Extremely good location for using the subway and buses, which allows us to go to all places that we wanted to see in Chicago. There's a Thai restaurant next to the hotel- food wasn't bad. The customer service was very nice, and you can leave your bags (for $1 a piece) after check-out so you can enjoy the city longer on your last day. It's the cheapest you can find in downtown, so don't expect too much. Coming from the south, I hated paying so much for a room that wasn't too great. Bathroom was redone and nice. Rooms felt somewhat dark and dingy. Great location. more
