Great historic hotel (built in 1927's) situated in a very convenient location. However, there is much needed improvement inside the hotel. Our heater is totally broken on our second night and we had engineer came to look into the issue in the morning. But there is no update whatsoever from them to entire day. When I got back from conference... More

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean and nice, and the bed was quite confortable. I loved that the pillows were soft, and clean, and there were plenty of them. The location was great, and I liked the self park option. We don't get to travel much, but love coming to Chicago at least... More

This is a huge hotel on S Michigan Ave and decorated very much in a classic, European style. The location is perfect for the galleries and museums of Chicago, however, a 15-20 minute walk to any significant shopping areas. I was there for a conference and the facilities and amount/variety of rooms are enormous. In terms of accommodation, the rooms... More

A very pleasant stay in the Hilton Towers in Chicago. Very comfortable bed - where one can really get a good nights sleep. Although the TV screen kept turning itself on every so often duting the night. One of those touch screen ones, I suspect that I wasn't deactivating it properly. But then surely you don't have to read the... More

Happy that I stayed here for a single night only. The hotel is old, carpets need updates, furniture reminded me of 80's movies and there was nothing charming about the hotel. I was on a business trip and needed a hotel closer to downtown. Nothing other than location is recommendable about this hotel. More

My son and I traveled to Chicago to see the Bears play at Soldier Field and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The hotel was close to the cta (train from O'Hare) station and within walking distance of Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, Soldier Field, and so much more. We had a room with a lakefront view. Everything... More

After several stays here I think I can sum this place up with my headline. The Good...The Hilton Chicago is a Grand Lady of Chicago. Beyond the history of being ground zero of 1968 Democratic convention. Several major motion pictures have this hotel featured in their film productions. ER used to film the helipad scenes here, and the fight at... More

The hotel is gorgeous and rooms royally appointed with comfy beds, 6 pillows, a very nice large HD flat screen TV, great toiletries, two airline check-in kiosks and numerous fast elevators etc. Overall if was a fairly good stay BUT there are some drawbacks. I got a room with two bathrooms which was great EXCEPT that when the neighbors on... More

This hotel is in a great location for walking the Magnificant Mile. The rooms are a different story. The best thing about the rooms are the showers! Great water pressure! The rooms are set in a suite giving you alot of space. After walking the streets all day, it would be great to come back a sit down and relax... More
