Great location. My wife travelled with me while I was there on business. Perfect location. The concierge was great. I thought the bathroom was too small and the bed was not comfortable. My biggest complaint about the hotel was that the room was quite small. No issues with the room facilities - bed etc. The gym is great - weights separate from cardio. Very nice club loungs and prices that are extremely reasonable. More

Room was clean and bed comfortable, but small. Bathroom even smaller. With 2 people plus luggage, not a lot of room. Internet should be included. Marriott Fairfield in Madison WI did include internet. Street noise could be heard on 36th floor room. Heat could not be turned down low enough for us to be comfortable. Hotel did provide a fan.... Great location as it's right on Michigan Ave and right in the middle of shopping. The service was also great. Parking was about $32 per 24 hours with in-and-out services. There's a Starbucks downstairs, but there are several in close vicinity of the hotel. We were there the weekend of the football league championships and the bar and lounge downstairs... More
