Very good hotel and fantastic location. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel has a great training center with new equipment. Great breakfast and Starbucs is also located at the hotel. Takes about 15-20 minutes with bus to the convention center and there is a walking distance to all restaurants and shops.

nothing special, just an ordinary ailing hotel, though the best location you can dream of while in Chicago. Staff is humble and helpful, rooms are clean, but no refrigerator. nice to have a Starbuck. I would probably find another hotel as the price is too high for the quality you get.

As always, the staff are exceptionally friendly and the lobby is super for a toddy and catching up with friends. Popular hotel and very reliable. Rooms are getting a little worn and should get some updating. Restaurant is decent but many great options abound nearby. Good business center.
