Excellent Location, Friendly and Helpful Staff. The only complaint i have is the doors to other suites, they slam loud. Other then that it was a great hotel. Stayed here for a short business trip. A 2 room suite with 2 TV's, free breakfast and cocktails, comfortable bed and convenient location was under $240. This hotel is great. the staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious with a great view. If you drive, be aware that parking is about $60 per day. Spent three days at the North Columbus hotel. It is walking distance to Michigan Ave, Navy Pier, and Grant Park's north side. We used cabs to get to the museums (about $11 with tip).
