This hotel is floor 14-24 of the Sun-Times building. You have to take an elevator to floor 15 to the hotel lobby, and then go through the lobby to get on another elevator to get to your hotel room. Better view than described. Easy to get to. Great courteous service throughout hotel. Bar has excellent city views. Restaurant unusual oriental-Italian fusion theme. Ease of access to Merchandise Mart shops, food court and CTA station. Would love to stay here on my next visit to Chi'town. more

We had the Best time in downtown Chicago The Holiday Inn has the best views and location , we watched fireworks out of our bedroom window over-looking the river what a Sight . One thing could of been better, the hotel needs to update there beds to queen size wth good mattresses . more

The rooms were rooms, the view was fabulous and the restuarant was a hotel restuarant. It wasn't the Ritz, but it was very nice.
