In Chicago for a conference at the Drake Hotel. Prior to this did a lot of research and read reviews and finally got a good review about the hotel from a friend of mine who was in Chicago for a 3month summer job. So i was expectant. On check in I was given a room key that was still 'occupied'.... more

Can't beat the location - just off Michigan Ave, across from the Drake. Rooms are newly renovated and lovely. We asked to switch rooms (after initially requesting a king size bed) because the room was so small. The staff was accommodating and the second room - with two double beds - was just fine. No exercise facilities, but great walking/jogging... more

The front desk was wonderful and completely helpful. There was a few problems with my room at check in and the staff was very apologetic and moved me to a different room right away. Craig and Justin at the desk were wonderful and made out stay more enjoyable. We will always come back to this hotel the next time we... more

We held our September wedding at the Millennium Knickerbocker. Everything was spectacular. The 250+ guests that attended are still raving about their experience, as are we, the bride and groom. Everyone from the valet to concierge to banquet staff to our catering manager did everything they could to make our stay effortless and pleasureable. more

The staff went above and beyond. They were so friendly and accommodating. We were very impressed. The location is also good if one is interested in shopping on Millenium Mile. Right across from Bloomingdales. more

Room with 2 beds was large enough for both of us. Rented a car from hotel around the corner, close to public transportation. Good breakfast spots due south (Mary's, West Egg) more

Clean, modern room in a good location, however service providers were very unconcerned and lack of attention to the detail ( never used guest names or asked for feedback upon check out). During the c heck out receptionist did not show me where id breakfast area, opening times etc. more

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed our guest room and location. You may have noticed in other reviews that most reviewers write very favorably about our service, so we were very disappointed to read about your experience and I do apologize for it. I have already met with the involved department...

I ended up at the Knickerbocker after the Hilton Suites next door overbooked the property and ended up moving me to the Knickerbocker, at their expense. It ended up being quite a pleasant experience. The hotel is in an older building, but the interior has been modernized. The lobby is small and a little disappointing, but the staff at check-in... more

We stayed here as an alternative spot for a friend's wedding. The price was about 50% to 65% of what it costs to stay at similar hotels in the area. First the minuses. 1.) The standard rooms are small. if you want a little more space you might want to upgrade. 2.) Since the hotel has been recently rehabbed you... more
