Comfortable surroundings and excellent beds. Very helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. The location is excellent and convenient to great dining and shopping. Reasonably priced for the level of comfort. WiFi would have been nice. It took a long time to get the car from the valet so plan ahead! Breakfast on Sunday was delicious!

I usually stay while in Chicago at the Westin Chicago River North, which is a bit nicer, newer and maybe a bit better located (for restaurants, for my taste.) Located in the heart of the Mag Mile. Across from The Hancock building and historic Fire Station. Short walk to all you want to see. Rooms are updated, clean with great views. Quick check in and out. Wi-Fi is NOT free in rooms.

Perfect location for shopper and short stay in downtown Chicago. Easy access to most attraction. SPA is not what we expect, a rather very small one, yet surrounding area has many SPAs to offer. Basically loved the stay there
