recently visited the westin chicago on a family trip.myself,wife and our grown children for my wifes birthday.i booked 2 rooms and when we arrived they gave us 2 adjoining rooms,which worked really well. hotel was spotless and we had no complaints at all,from doorman to bellhops to desk clerk,all went out of their way to accomodate.we will definitely stay again. The location of the westin Michigan avenue was great, but any other than that I would not recommend this hotel. The lady who check us in was rude and very unfriendly. The other staff we ran into were on the other hand very nice and polite. Our neighbors were very loud and obnoxious well into the night. More
