Favorite place to stay when in Chicago. Staff has always been extremely accomdating and friendly. Their guest rooms have the most comfortable beds in the city. We went to stay in Chicage with the kids for spring break. The staff was very friendly and gave you individual service even though they were busy with a conference in house.
