I just returned from 2 nights and it is a very nice hotel, esp the deluxe rooms facing the river - there are 2 beveled floor to ceiling windows that offer a panorama of a beautiful view. Overall a pleasant experience. The concierge was very knowledgeable giving us a lot of good information on attractions, restaurants and helping us book tickets for the Bulls game at very short notice. Beautiful Hotel with exceptional rooms. We were upgraded to the presidential floor for free. Kids really enjoyed the stay with TV,great room service and happy hour.
