Staff were personable at the door, desk, and eating area (well stocked buffet breakfasts and dinner on Monday to Thursday). Whenever the desk was approached they provided two excellent ideas for restaurants in addition to transportation advice, their suggestions were excellent. Nice staff, good location, nice breakfast, but sofa and bedspreads looked old. The bathroom layout was odd with a small sink area and towl rods over the commode in a separate room. It was a clean room and the bed comfortable.

We really enjoyed Chicago, but the staff at this hotel made things run smoothly from arrival to departure. Great location with easy access to Navy Pier, Mag Mile, and all the Museums. A great home base for a family vacation in the windy city.

A clean, modern hotel. The guest room was large, with free wi-fi and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. A quality budget-minded hotel in the heart of the Chicago Loop with fairly easy access to everything. We will return!
