We really like the funky laid-back vibe of this Kimpton property, and it's a regular favorite. We stayed here for a college audition for my son. The building is very nice and the staff very helpful. The design is more modern, but very comfortable. This hotel is Nice, but I would not go back. I have been to Chicago several times, rather stay on Michigan ave. They have cocktail hours & free drinks in the lobby around 5 pm. If you get a good deal & willing to walk, go ahead. More
