Very conveniently located. Table in front of couch was very dusty. Coffee station was dirty. Took a very long time for water in both bathroom sink, and shower/tub to get hot/warm. Room was not very "sound-proof"--could hear sounds/noises from every direction.

When visiting Collinsville, IL, don't waste your time staying at any hotel outside of the Doubletree. I am there for business each week. I have visited several other hotels, and have had substandard experiences. In my opinion, the Doubletree is the definitely the best that Collinsville has to offer!

Upon arrival the front desk clerk, Cody, gave us a warm welcome was efficient and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. This was an excellent place to stay. I only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer!

This place rocks. Good bank for buck. Clean rooms and quiet. Staff is very helpful. Food good and fairly priced. Location very handy. I forgot some items they were very helpful and responsive. Have stayed here several times.

We always stay here because we love the room service. The beef tenderloin and crab cakes are as good as you can get. I was only here for one night but loved my stay. The lobby etc is lovely; the room was excellent and comfortable; everything was clean and nicely appointed. And to make it even better, the price for this stay was excellent!

The Collinsville Doubletree seems to have put their strongest efforts into the lobby, meeting rooms, and staff training.
