John and Zachary at front desk consistently make check in cozy while traveling. Chocolate kisses for Marriott members upon arrival, fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. The staff is very accommodating and breakfast in the morning is available. Great dinner available at Carson's and J.W. Alexander's nearby or a decent delivery manner from Il Forno.
No elevators but they will...

This is a somewhat dated Courtyard and the rooms are small. However, the entire property is quite tidy. The service is quite professional and polite upon arrival and my room was plenty clean and well-stocked. There is no elevator on this property, which does not bother me a bit but may be an issue for other travelers. Note, however, that...

Typical Courtyard hotel. Clean rooms, standard layout, nice lobby, good breakfast buffet, and very friendly service.

Hotel was clean. Check in smooth. Halls a bit noisy with teenagers in the early morning. A good experience and we would stay there again

My husband and I stayed at this hotel earlier this summer for a "Prairie Home Companion" performance at nearby Ravinia and were very pleased. Because our arrival was delayed by road construction further west, we checked in closer to the starting time of the performance than we would have liked. We had planned to use the hotel's complimentary shuttle to...

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 hights in May 2010.
We can tell only positive about this hotel. Room was cosy and well equiped.
The Internet connection was free and effective.
The bed was very comfortable - I'm not picky, but I can evaluate good things.
The staff was very helpful and welcome. The selection on Breakfast could...

This hotel is a superb. I spent a week here on a business trip. My company negotiated a $98 nightly rate and included is a free shuttle service to any location within 3 miles of the hotel, and with this service I did not need to rent a car for the business portion of the trip. The hotel is immaculate...
