Pretty much a typical Embassy Suites-good breakfast, spacious rooms, happy hour, etc. However, the room which face the interstate (same side as the elevators) receive constant truck noise from the highway

I usually have just over 70 room nights per year. I stay in a wide array of hotel brands, and levels of ammenity. This was a great hotel and great stay, made even better by the team members that welcomed and assisted me.

The staff was outstanding at every level. Breakfast choices were great, not just a waffle maker shoved off in the corner. New fluffy towels that you can no longer read the paper through, bright and clean every where you looked. The face lift was well needed. Staff still wonderful. All staff. Looking forward to the new equipment in the fitness center. Due this month.

Customer service is excellent at this hotel. We visited over Mother's Day weekend and the room services manager allowed our restless 2-year son to check out the hotel's courtesy bus (not literally -- just go inside and explore). Personalized and friendly service makes this a smart choice for families.

This Embassy location was excellent. The breakfast buffet, restaurant and bar were all excellent in terms of service and food and drink quality. The only disappointment was the managers cocktail hour; the drink selection was lousy and the snacks were not much better. I have been staying here about every-other-week for the last 18 months. The hotel had a change of ownership about a year ago, and I was skeptical about the change. I love staying at the Embassy Suites and this was no exception. The rooms were spacious, high quality and VERY quiet. However, if you come toward the end of breakfast, expect that things may have run out and not been refilled.

We flew up to Illinois to see our son graduate from Navy boot camp this past weekend and stayed at this Embassy Suites.
