Hotel service staff was delightful and will go to great lengths to make you feel welcome. The room was spotless and had a great view of downtown St.Louis and the arch. The casino has all the stuff you would want in any casino. The player's club gives VERY generous rewards (I got a free hotel room just for asking!) and... more

My experieince with the hotel has been really great! The staff are always friendly and the rooms are very nice as well as clean. Sometimes we have an exquisite view and I enjoy playing at the casino, even though I have never won a jackpot. I say to the Queen, keep up the good work, your hotel can hang with... more

I stayed there for two nights (Thur-Fri) in late October basically to see a tribute band. I didn't gamble but their new casino appears to be nice. I had made separate reservations for each night. I dont know if I would have gotten the same price if I made them together, perhaps I would. But when I saw the good... more

I usually go to the casino about once a month, while I am there I usually eat at the steakhouse. I have eaten there about 5 or 6 times. When I go in and ask for a table it usuall takes them about 15 min or so to be seated and they are not even that busy!!! The last time... more

My wife and I stayed at the CQ in August. We were in town for a ballgame and a little gambling. We had stayed at the hotel before, and our experience had been primarily positive (though we had never won there!) We purchased the "summer sizzler" package which includes two dinner buffets. The Cards game was at 6:15 that nite,... more

Well I can start by saying that the hotel was nice. The staff at the hotel was also where very friendly. Now for the casino part...small for the most part. The drinks are not free but also are the cheap side. I was paying $3.25 for a import beer. Bartenders and drink girls where all friendly. Slots where ok had more... more

This was the single worst sleepless Hotel stay in my 55 years of life. To be Fair: the Hotel Rooms are nicely appointed. The Rooms are clean and attractive. The Buffet food was very good. Now for the rest: there was screaming and yelling in the Halls all night. Doors were slamming non-stop..and this was a Sunday Night. The air... more

Stayed at the Casino Queen for the Women's Final Four and wasn't disappointed. The Metrolink has a stop right at their parking lot, just a short walk to the hotel and casino. There is 24 hour security if you feel you need a ride instead of walking. The room was clean and quiet. The pool was clean as was the... more

My family and I decided to book a cardinals weekend with the Casino Queen's Cardinals Package. It wasn't until after we got here that they informed us that the kids are not allowed in the 3 restaurants advertised. We must take the metro anytime we want to eat. The rooms are nice and the facilities appear clean, but it is... more

This is our third stay at the Casino Queen hotel. They have remodeled the rooms since our last stay. New carpeting, bedding, flat screen TVs. It is now very upscale looking. I figure they are competing with the new Lumiere Place. All of the employees we met said hello. The rooms are quiet, which is a big deal for me.... more
