The hotel was great. The staff was excellent and very helpful with every question and assitance regarding the CTA/rail stops, local favorites for food and nightlife, down to the shuttle drivers life stories, jokes and music. I stayed with friends for a concert and we all enjoyed the hotel and staff. I would recommend this property for all travel plans.
