When when we arrived the building did not appear to be a typical B and B and a little in the middle of nowhere However our fears proved unfounded the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hard working landlady could not have been more helpful. She even has a local very obliging taxi driver always on call ! The freshly cooked breakfasts... More

This place is filthy and smells strangely (strong air freshener struggling to hide a stench). I do not expect elaborate room design in places like this or 50" plasma on the wall but I want it clean. Unfortunately you get none of those. You get filthy bathroom with cracked tiles, tons of cobwebs and worn uncomfortable beds. Add to this... More

My husband and I had our wedding reception in the Ballinderry Inn on New Years Eve 2012. Right from the moment we approached Annette and James, we where made to feel at ease, a very warm welcome, they cared about what we wanted. They helped us choose our menus, which was great as we had some hard to please guests,... More

We stayed at the Balinderry Inn (Gil good Lodge) for 2 nights and found it the perfect place to stay. Annette & James were perfect hosts. They gave us the best base to explore N.Ireland, and I would definitely advise you stay here.

My wife and I stayed at the Gilgood several years ago for about 5 weeks whilst carrying out a contract at various B&Q sites in the region just after Annette took it over and its great to see she is still there. We found as many others seem to have that nothing was too much trouble,no challenge was too great.By... More

Having stayed at the Gil Good Lodge for three nights, which has now had a name change to the Ballinderry Inn, I found it to be value for money with good sized rooms which are clean, quite & comfortable. The location was not ideal for my personal needs as it was approximately 15 miles from my work place, but for... More

Booked this lodge after reading the reviews, and was not disappointed! Rooms were warm, clean and tidy. Breakfast is amazing, portions that keep you going all day. Evening meal cooked by Annette is 'proper' food and is superb. Nothing ever felt a chore and I was made to feel very, very welcome. Definately recommend Gil Good Lodge and wouldnt hesitate... More

I would strongly recommend this hotel to Everyone visiting northern Ireland. My work booked this lodge for me as I was working in Craigavon for 4 days thinking it'll be just another lodge but I was so wrong. Annette the owner couldn't do enough for us, she really looked after us from start to finish with the kind of service... More

My family stayed here for 4 nights. The service that Annette and her team provided was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of rooms were excellent as was the 'breakfast' although, as my son discovered, going for the 'full Irish large breakfast' was maybe not one of his better ideas after eating toast..... as large it...
