This "hotel "needs a serious update. Stayed one night which was enough. stairs noisy and creaky. doors slamming. Room very small, bed was clean though. The bathroom was small and had a plastic floor. just like one you find in a caravan. Breakfast was complimentary apparently but don't bother... When we got there no juice, milk,,glasses or staff, had to contact... More

Stayed one night. Paid fifty five pounds for a single room. I was not told about the Wednesday night special offer for thirty pounds when I booked by telephone. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had in any hotel. Juice, cereal and toast and cold tea as the boiler must only have been switched on. I wouldn't recommend this... More

As a family we booked 9 rooms in Bisley Pavilion and we booked a finger buffet as a funeral wake. The wake itself was held in the lounge bar which we had all to ourselves for 2 days in a row. The buffet was very reasonably priced and really good. The owner Julie opened the bar for the 2 nights... More

Upon arrival the hotel was easy to find, the staff were very friendly advising us places to eat and directions to the army barracks (we were attending my brothers passing out parade the next day). The room itself at a glance looked lovely however, the duvet did not have a cover it was simply wrapped between two sheets and due... More

Have stayed here before in main building, this time we were out the back, up the stairs. Clean, warm, comfy accommodation which was quiet and perfect for us (attending Northern Soul event on in the Pavilion). Got a takeaway delivered, put a couple of bottles of wine in the fridge and we had a ball! Lovely hot shower the next... More

A friendly family run hotel, we held a conference and dog show over the weekend with guests from12 countries. The facilities were great, nothing was too much trouble, and the reports we have received so far are all positive. To be able to hold a conference, dog show and Gala dinner all in one place was not an easy ask... More

Very odd place...room at back of hotel main entrance...room not very inviting...not very clean...cobwebs in every corner...and the worst nights sleep i have had in a hotel...you could feel springs in the mattress.... I woke in the middle of the night with a crick in my neck and shoulder....my partner felt like he had been beaten all over...the next day... More

This hotel is clean, warm, dry and friendly .The rooms are well appointed and welcoming. The situation is quiet and peaceful despite being part of the British military facility. The only drawback for some is that you have to make your own breakfast. We have rebooked .
