I stayed at this Hampton Inn last night and it was TERRIBLE. I always stay at Hampton Inns when I travel and this was by far the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. This is an older Hampton Inn with very limited parking surrounded by an older commercial area. Breakfast was poor. More

Stayed here after a concert @ the Scottrade Center in St Louis. Nice, clean place in a really good location for restaurants, mall shopping and public transport. We parked @ the Fairview Heights metro station and rode directly to the Scottrade Center. Parking @ Fairview Heights was free and the train tickets cost just a few bucks. SO much better... More

The room was crappy, very unlike for a Hilton property. The room has uneven colored patches, large coffee stain behind the beds...stained carpets....most time there pool was closed for chemical imbalance. Ice machine rarely worked. Was there for a funeral and since area was sold out, couldnt move or change rooms since hotel sold out. Mgr extremelty rude. I charged... More

Check in was handled well with the nice touch of a pitcher of something cold to drink available at the check in desk (probably lemonade). The room was comfortable and clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thanks to all parents with kids who happened to be there. We didn't hear them at all. Courteous staff with a standard continental breakfast. Good location for us as well, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again More
