These authentic cabins were terrific. I spent 2 days in the Grant cabin with my mother and my 7 and 8 year old daughters. This place was perfect for us. We loved the beautiful setting in the country, however the property is just minutes from downtown Galena. We loved the warm fires (endless amt of firewood provided), and the whirlpool.... more

I selected these cabins (we stayed in the Rawlins cabin) because they were dog-friendly and for the "cool factor" of being in an authentic 19th century log cabin on a cow farm. The Log Cabins were nice and quaint, the cows in the backyard and dogs running around the property were fun and country. This was exactly what my wife and I were looking for this past weekend. We have been to Galena many times but usually stay in the Territories with friends and family. The owners are extremely accommodating and dog friendly as well. Our puppy fit right in with the cows and the owners dogs. We will be back for sure!!! more
