Lots of plusses: comfortable beds, lots of pillows, toilet and shower separate from sink, large closet with full length mirrors, free high speed internet, complimentary shuttle 5 mile radius from hotel, smoke free, large work desk, 12:00 check out, indoor pool, whirlpool. However, when we arrived, the balcony had a soda can on it (from previous guest?) and the security... more

We received a great rate for this room, so for the price, it is a 5 star, however, if I were to pay full price, there are some minor issues! First of all, the good, great front desk and cleaning staff, wonderful beds with ample pillows, has a mini fridge, the beds were heavenly, free high speed internet (not wireless),... more

First off, I will admit that I have been spoiled by the Omni's and Hilton's of the world. Staying at this hotel has reminded me why I insist on 4 star hotels. Picture the bones of a Super8 built in the late 80's, now remodeled with some cracked marble tile, neutral paint, and modern furniture. Now add the calming noise... more

Recently two co-workers and I, stayed at this location. The hotel was very nice. The staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. Our rooms were very nice. My only complain is they were not very soundproof, but that was only a minor inconvenience. The internet was also a little bit of a hassle to use, again, only a minor inconvenience.... more

My fiance and I stayed here for a friends wedding on Labor Day weekend. It was packed, so we had two queen beds, instead of 1 king bed. It is a two story courtyard marriott with a large courtyard found in the middle of the hotel. Our room was on the first floor and was located by an exit door.... more

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great but a little pricey. Very convenient to the Chicago Botanical Gardens. The room was a bit musty smelling and they had bolted the windows shut which was a shame since the air conditioner was noisy. I would have much preferred some fresh air in the room more

My family and I stayed at the Courtyard Christmas week and were very satisfied with our stay. The lobby included a fireplace, business center, and complmentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The buffet breakfast, although somewhat pricey, offered a variety of hot foods, oatmeal, cereals, pastries, and fruit. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone, including the... more

Stayed here for work for 2 weeks (except weekend). The beds are very comfortable. Fell asleep within 5 minutes every night. I'm always on the road for work and these beds are right up there with the Sheraton beds. The rooms are newly renovated and look great. Rates around $170/night + tax so little steep but was close to work location.... more

We stayed at this property for three nights while visiting friends int he area. It has been recently refurnished and is in excellent condition, with brushed steel type fittings in the bathrooms, new beds, very comfortable pillows, a large lobby area, and a large, semi open business area. It had the new Marriott courtyard look with triple sheeting and no... more
