Other than a missing tv controller, everything was perfect! Including the pool. We were worried about past reviews saying that the pool was cold, but it was the warmest pool we have ever experienced! Clean towels were readily stocked often. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Yummy breakfast...enjoyed it! Would definitely stay there again.

It was about 15 minutes drive northwest of woodfield mall on Higgins, very average for a Hyatt Place. Breakfast is closed on time at 9AM during weekdays. Checked in was breeze, room was ok but the mattress needs to be replaced, not very comfortable.

We stayed here because we were attending a wedding nearby. The rooms are huge and beautiful. Very clean. The bathrooms are small but very well done. My biggest and only complaint would be the beds are hard. The staff was great even with our loud and rowdy family. The lounge areas were very nice. All in all nice place.
