There were several hairs of different types on the bathroom floor and tub. The microwave was dirty. There were crumbs on the floor. A co-worker had cigarette burn holes in his comforter. I would look for somewhere else to stay in Joliet. more

We have used Hotwire on numerous occasion and have always been very happy with the results, but I must comment on the Ramada in Joliet, IL, this was by far the worst of the worst.
