The front desk people were kind and informative when we checked in and out. The wireless internet did not work. Their website had Continental Breakfast offered but when we inquired were told that it was too wasteful and had been cancelled for quite awhile. Inexpensive, well appointed hotel with a roomy and relaxing 'suites' arrangement. Good Malls across the road and the staff are quite pleasant, for the Chicargoan suburbs. Consider popping into the Embassy suites next door during the free hot buffet breakfast or free bar in the evening. more
