I had been a loyal customer of Marriot, so when our home was undergoing construction I needed a local place to stay for 3 days. We still can't say enough for the improvement in bedding and linen that Marriott has accomplished with their chain wide renovation. When my mother says she was comfortable, I'm impressed! Hotel was serious about the smoking policy which pleases me and the air and rooms were fresh. My only dismay was the parking lot which had several scary ice patches.... more

The Good. The front reception/breakfast area was nicely updated. It was small but was very clean with a plasma TV and computer with internet access. Stayed here for business and will stay there again. Good location for southside stay. Easy access to highway to get to/from airport, Moline and Rock Island. Nothing fancy here. A basic Fairfield experience more
