Stopped here on my trip back down south, was very pleased - everything still had that new look, very clean. The staff was nice. Good sized room, VERY comfy bed, big bathroom. My only complaint? Upon entering the hotel it was immediately obvious that this was an older property, but everything seemed refreshed from the lobby to the rooms. Our room had new carpets, bedding and the bathroom looked perfect, and there were no signs of any wear. Extremely Clean, Free Breakfast, Friendly staff, Easy Access. Lately we have been very disappointed with chain hotels. This was a very nice surprise at an affordable price. Wish they had a bigger room. We have 4 kids and had to take two rooms, but they did get us adjacent rooms. more

On check in, I was sent to a dirty room. Then upgraded to another room, which didn't have shampoo or bath soap, but did have super-slow internet connection. Parking is cramped, with barely enough spaces for guests. Hotel staff blase about errors and omissions. more
