As with all Best Westerns I've encountered, this one also needed a makeover. Despite the fact that it claims to have been recently redone, it had (typical) funny hotel smells, and generally felt old. Great location in the western burbs right off 88. Large rooms, in working condition, no complaints. The staff however are very very charming, especially the night desk clerks. The one with the French accent just seems to really care and remember you, (or maybe it's just the accent)... but a memorable sweetness I'll come back for. more

Well-priced no-frills hotel in Naperville is clean, fairly well-maintained and has an excellent location. On the plus side, the room was clean and the staff was relatively polite.
