Came back to my room one night, looked around and saw it wasn't cleaned at all. Garbage not emptied, cups in the sink or coffee pot not cleaned - get the picture? My bed had the cover on it, but when I pulled it back, it wasn't made or straigtened at all. The maid just pulled the cover over it.... more

Stayed two nights. A little pricey for a Residence Inn. However, nice, CLEAN, rooms. Asked for extras (blankets, pillow, etc) and the staff was accomodating. Central located near major express ways and conveniently located near mall with easy access to outlet malls and downtown Chicago. more
