This is a average, dated, hotel in a good location. staff friendly and helpful, Bed/linens clean and comfortable. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are substandard, breakfast line busy, expected more for my money and from the Hilton Brand. Overall average and would probably stay elsewhere next trip.

A personal belonging disappeared from my room. The service after the complaint was just inexistent. The Hotel has very good conditions, but this security issue will make me not to return. I actually tipped the cleanliness employees, but it seems not to be enough.

I spent three nights at this location on business. Check-in was a breeze and all of the staff were very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I had the best margarita ever. We stayed here in May, 2013 and had a great experience. The facility and staff were fantastic and everything was very clean and well taken care of. The restaurant was also clean and the food was great and was a great meal for the money. The location was a big bonus with the Mall across the street within walking distance.

We had contractors in our house, so we stayed here w our two kids for two nights. The rate was the lowest (better than lesser hotels in area). I used to love coming to the Oakbrook DoubleTree for business. they have since removed the popcorn machine and pool table from the bar. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. I was on the south wing which was nice as it overlooked the small pond in front of the hotel. But, I was awoken by the geese honking at 5:30 AM - I was on the 6th floor. They quieted soon afterward, but. . .
