We checked in at 8:30-9pm and we couldnt of been more pleased. Not only did we get a discount, but the staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room was very very nice... no weird smells, no dirt in corners... it was very clean and very nice. When you walk in, you see the plush bed with very fluffy... more
Chose this Days Inn as a base for a 2 night getaway that included a visit to Starved Rock. Right of I-39 and within 10 minutes drive to the park. Oglesby has a few restaurants, fast food, and gas stations but 10-15 minutes in the other direction is Peru with more amenities (mall, bowling, movie theatre, etc). Check-in and check-out... more
On 10/3, I found that this Days Inn at $72 per night was $12 cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express across the road. I have had great stays at HI Express, but chose this Days Inn based on price and after looking at a room. The rooms are a bit dated, but I don't mind as long as it is... more
