our road trip to peoria, il was very devastating...the hotel was reasonably priced and served delicious hot breakfast...the cook in the restaurant peppertree i believe...was very nice and corteous..she served great dinner with a smile on her face :)...the main reason that we will go back to this hotel is for its customer service especially at the front desk at... more

Last time I visited Peoria, we stayed at the Ramada and it was terrible. Basically, I wanted to sit by the closed pool (it was midnight) because I had hiccups and looking at the water sometimes stops them. I was alone, quiet, and not drinking. The worm of a nightclerk told me to leave. When I tried to explain why... more

My family and I stayed here for a USTA benefit competition for St. Jude. I made my reservation a few weeks in advance and was quoted a rate of $79 / night. When I checked in, they wanted to charge me $109 / night. I told them if I was quoted $109 I would never have booked the room. After... more

We just stayed at the Ramada this past weekend when we were in town for a Tumbling meet. What a horrible hotel! I must admit, I was SHOCKED at the condition of this hotel! I am from the area and had a Prom here some 15 years ago and it looks as though they haven't done a thing to update... more

This hotel has to be one of the worst. They mix smoking and nonsmoking rooms together and the smell comes in the vents and under the door. There was mold in the wastecan. The spigots in the bathroom were very hard to turn on. You had to use both hands to turn the spigot on. The hotel had a musty... more

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and spent 4 nights here. On the outside it looks like a pretty nice hotel. The inside is a different matter however. The entire hotel has a odd smell. I thought it might be a heavy chlorine smell from the pool but it seems to saturate the entire hotel, even... more

We traveled to Peoria for an ice hockey tournament with 14 other families. To my knowledge, none of us will ever stay at this facility again. One word describes it, FILTHY!! We stayed on the 3rd/top floor. The ceilings had many leak spots. Our room had a rusty leak spot that ran the width of the room and smelled of... more

We were really quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly but the front desk was very understaffed in the morning so check-out took a long time. The room had a dirty feel to it and the bathroom was quite dirty and stained. We will be traveling to Peoria quite regularly and we will not choose... more

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Please listen to the reviews. I too have been trying to contact the manager due to problems encountered during our stay. The rooms are almost uninhabitable. The lock on the door was broken, the air conditioning was so loud it woke everyone up every time it went on.... more

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. On the outside it does look like a nice standard hotel. Unfortunately once we stepped onto our floor (2nd), you could see from the stains on the walls that there is no attention to detail in this hotel. Our rooms were just ok, but they were not the cleanest. The bottom mattress... more
