If you have the money book the better rooms. I have booked here twice with in a year. I first got the Jacuzze suite the first time and then on accident book the presidential suit. Both very nice and big. I will book here again due to that they are so nice and rooms are great!

We had 12 families stay at this hotel for a soccer tournament. Our accommodations were terrible. The desk service was terrible. The hallways were very musty smelling. We read the reviews while on the road and were NOT going to stay here. We hit thick fog in IL and drove in crap to get to Rockford from Charleston SC with three kids. We basically found the hotel off the road and took it because we were exhausted. It is not NEARLY as bad as the reviews say.... More

Smelled bad, definitely in need of renovation. Pool room freezing cold, dirty, and in need of repair. Cigarette burns in the blanket.. Breakfast lacking. No thermostat in the room, just old fashioned wall heater and a/c unit. Wouldn't recommend.

our room was extremely hot when we arrived. We had to shut off the heat and open the window to cool it down. We had friends staying in another room on the upper floor and they had the same problem.
