This was a very unforntuate instance with this guests stay and we did rectify the situation with the guest directly. The lego land package was new that weekend and we did have some miscommunication as to the whereabout of the tickets, as well as the expiration date. The polciy on wristbands is for all guests. It is also clearly stated...

Due to the renovations that have occured to the facility in the past years time we had some bamboo imported as well as some tropical foilage, with this unfortunatly some pests came with the shipments. We had worked very dilligently on correcting this problem and it has since been resolved
