Was only here for a night. Shuttle bus picked me up from the terminal and the driver was pretty friendly. Staff at reception were pretty friendly too. This hotel just had a brand change. It is no longer a Sofitel but is currently called the Rosemont Hotel. Staff there say they expect all legal arrangements to end the deal with Sofitel and to start a new brand will take another month or 2. Hallways and room decor were tacky, grungy and dated - def not what you'd expect for the price. Front desk service was unprofessional and unfriendly. Only saving graces were proximity to conference ctr and great french restaraunt in the lobby. Food and service there were excellent. more
