Save your money. This is not a 4 star hotel. I've stayed here a couple of times now (unfortunately), and this is not a good place to stay. You can get this place real cheap on priceline.com... it's not worth it. more

Ive stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10 years but this was the first since the major renovations. PROS: Nicely done renovations. Lobby and rooms are top notch. I've stayed here for a week two times on a business trip. It's really a very nice place. I was put in the tower both times. Rooms are modernized. Seems to always be under construction. Beautiful architecture. Nice staff. There are two bars in the lobby and a restaurant which is pricey but good- breakfast being the best! Nice night... more

Wow, what a change from the Hyatt O'Hare of years past. From the front door to the new public space it is a welcomed renovation.
