Do not stay more than 4 hours at the restaurant McCormick & Schmicks because the price of valet pricing goes from $5 to $25. My friend and I were celebrating my birthday dinner and we stayed 4 hours 15 minutes. We had to pay $50 for PARKING in Rosemont! Our entrees were not even that much. The restaurant was OK... more

Having stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the U.S.A for work, I was amazed with my accommodations at the InterContinental O’Hare. The staff level of service was untouchable and they really went out of their way to make sure my time there was perfect! Now if only I could afford some of their one of a kind art work... more

I stayed at this hotel for a convention. Pros: The beds were very comfortable The upkeep was spotless The gym was nicely appointed with new machines The lobby was nice Cons: $12.95/day for internet (and the wireless internet didn't even work where I was; I had to go wired) $5/package for packages sent to the hotel and held (and I... more

I have never heard this amount of slamming doors in my life! I am not exaggerating when I say there were slamming doors every 2-3 minutes from 7:20am until I finally spoke to someone at 3:45. (it still went on after that but a little more quietly) This was done by staff. I cannot fathom what they were doing on... more

I have to admit, I was very surprised. It had just opened and I thought I was in for a rough time. Everything was amazing. Its a beautiful hotel. The Concierge staff was perfect. Even though it was someone new each day, they all acted as if they knew me and my wife. Maybe because they gave each other the... more

Apparently the hotel has only been open for a couple of weeks, but so far I haven't experienced any service glitches. The rooms are modern and beautiful; the lobby is similarly sleek and contemporary...a step above other hotels in the O'Hare area. more

Booked a room for 2 nights only to find out that it was their FIRST two nights. That was confirmed when I got to the room and watched the local news. They were showing the ribbon cutting ceremony right in front of the hotel that happened earlier. Needless to say, I was a bit leery about my chances for a... more

The hotel had it's soft opening on 9/5 and grand opening on 9/8, just in time to be at 100% full occupancy for LabelExpo. If I can be so bold, I might suggest that a property self-claiming 4 stars might need more than 3 days to work out the opening kinks, as there were too many to forgive. The shuttle... more

This brand new hotel has striking modern rooms and cool furnishings. Rooms are large, and the closet in the room was spacious. Sparkling bathroom with roomy shower, but no tub. The bed was comfortable, and on the soft side. Easy walk to the convention center. As I stayed there right after the hotel's opening, I wasn't surprised that there were... more
