Overall a great stay. Located right next to Woodfield, which is a perk. Staff was super-friendly, easy check-in & out. Hotel and rooms were both very clean. Great location with wonderful restaurants nearby. Great value for our money. Will definitely stay again! more

The price was great.... The room was clean and very pretty. Beds were very comfortable. Room service did a wonderful job. Down side was the indoor pool was closed for a few days for cleaning. But the kids used the heated outdoor pool. more

We had been booked to stay at another hotel, but when we got there, it was atrocious so we couldn't even stay there one night. the staff wasn't helpful at all. window in the room didn't completely close. you could feel a gap of wind coming through the window. the breakfest wasn't free. i wouldn't stay here again. more

Another great stay at the Courtyard in Schaumburg. We were greeted promptly and professionally by the receptionist.
